Would request to read below mentioned points before booking Ganpati Idols.

1. Please note SHOP ADDRESS AND LOCATION at contact us page.

2. Once Ganpati Idol booked/order placed, CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.

3. In case Cracks/Split happen during delivery of Ganpati Idol, 5 % of total amount of Ganesh Idol will be refunded only if video will be sent by customer within 15 min of idol received (This is not applicable for Self Pick-up) .

4. How you will remove Ganpati Idol from box : Cut the edges of Box, your Idol will be automatically out.!!!!!!!

5. You can do SELF-PICK UP of booked Ganpati Idol from our store or can opt for Delivery too .

6. Please note in case we are not able REPLY/ ANSWER your CALLS/WHATSAPP MESSAGES/SMS do not panic we will revert you within 48 hours.

7. For slow down of website due to heavy traffic, would request do not panic wait for message/update from our side.
